Eagle Landing Win Prestigious Grand Aurora Award
Orange Park, Fla. (July, 2007) – At last week’s Southeast Building Conference (SEBC) in Orlando, East West Partners received an Aurora Award, a Grand Award and a Grand Special Judges Award (one of the highest honors presented) for landscape design/pool design at its Eagle Landing community. Basham Lucas provided the architectural designs and landscape plans.
Affiliated with the Florida Association of Homebuilders and the SEBC, the prestigious Aurora Awards are presented annually
to builders, developers, architects, planners, interior merchandisers and landscape architects actively involved in
developments in a 12-state southeast region for building and design excellence.
Aurora Award judge Barry Glantz, AIA said, “This project is a lesson that all developers, builders and designers should take a look at. The seamless creation of a development where the designers created a place that warrants the homeowners to come out and become one neighborhood is not often seen and this project does it with perfection.”
