The final phases of East West Communities’ northeast Florida venture in Clay County have eight properties remaining before officially announcing the project’s completion.

Oakland Hills built by Drees Homes offers two floor plans:  the Archer is a one-story home which is move-in ready along with the Marshall, a two-story home across the street from Eagle Landing’s 15-acre lake park, and nearing completion within the next few weeks.

With only 3 homesites available, Eagle Rock still offers the opportunity to select your desired floor plan and finishes.  Three other properties will be ready this fall and winter.  The Crane offers one story living and is currently under construction, the Egret, a two-story home will be ready this fall and the Cormorant, a two-story home with over 2700 sq. ft is slated for completion early 2023.
